Today, I'm sharing a delightful Chocolate Avocado Mousse recipe that's not only easy to whip up but is also friendly to your blood sugar and waistline.

Grocery List:

  • Ripe avocados (2 medium-sized)

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (1/4 cup)

  • Almond milk or your preferred milk (1/4 cup)

  • Maple syrup or honey (2-3 tablespoons, adjust to taste)

  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

  • A pinch of salt

Preparation Steps:

  1. Portion the Ingredients: Ensure you have 2 medium-sized avocados, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
